Born in Southern Italy, chef Cosimo Battaglia grew up around the homey and savory flavors of his home. As he grew up, he felt inspired to become a chef and began to work with some of the top chefs in the world for over 30 years. With this experience, he began to dedicate his life to the kitchen and culinary world. He aspired to open up his own restaurant and the rest is history.
